According to the Crypto ETF ecosystem data, digital asset ETFs experienced a broad pullback as investors reduced risk exposure across the cryptocurrency market. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and XRP-linked products all finished lower on the day, while leveraged funds amplified the downside move. Despite the weakness, fund flow activity remained mixed, suggesting institutional investors continue to selectively allocate capital to digital assets even amid near-term volatility.
Bitcoin ETFs declined approximately 3.2% on average during the session. Among the largest products, BlackRock’s IBIT fell 3.3%, Fidelity’s FBTC lost 3.2%, and Grayscale’s GBTC declined 3.2%. Flows were mixed, with FBTC attracting approximately $57.4 million of daily inflows and ARKB adding $64.0 million, while IBIT experienced roughly $172.0 million of outflows and GBTC lost $81.0 million. Leveraged Bitcoin funds saw larger declines, with BITX falling 6.6% and BITU losing 6.4%.
Ethereum ETFs underperformed Bitcoin, posting average losses of roughly 4.2%. BlackRock’s ETHA fell 4.1%, Fidelity’s FETH declined 4.2%, and Bitwise’s ETHW lost 4.3%. Investor flows remained generally negative, with ETHA recording approximately $66.4 million of outflows and FETH losing $6.6 million over the past week. Leveraged Ethereum products amplified the decline, with ETHU falling 8.3% and ETHT declining 8.3%.
Solana ETFs were among the weakest major digital asset categories, declining approximately 5.3% on average. Bitwise’s BSOL lost 5.5%, Grayscale’s GSOL fell 5.3%, and VanEck’s VSOL declined 5.3%. Flow activity was mixed, with BSOL attracting approximately $3.0 million of weekly inflows, while several competitors experienced modest outflows. Leveraged Solana funds were hit harder, with SOLT dropping 10.7% and SLON falling 11.1%.
XRP ETFs also moved lower, with most products declining approximately 2.8% to 3.2%. The Canary XRP ETF fell 2.9%, Franklin’s XRP ETF declined 3.1%, and Grayscale’s XRP Trust ETF lost 2.8%. Flows remained relatively constructive compared to other categories, with Franklin’s XRP ETF attracting approximately $25.8 million of monthly inflows and the Canary XRP ETF adding $8.6 million. Leveraged XRP products experienced significantly larger declines, with XXRP falling 4.9%, XRPT losing 5.5%, and UXRP dropping 5.7%.
Leveraged crypto ETFs were the weakest performers overall as volatility amplified losses across the underlying assets. Leveraged Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and XRP funds generally fell between 5% and 11%, reflecting their magnified exposure to daily price movements. While these products continue to attract speculative capital, their recent performance highlights the heightened risk associated with leveraged exposure during periods of market weakness.
Overall, digital asset ETFs faced broad selling pressure as cryptocurrency prices retreated, with Solana and Ethereum-linked products leading the declines. However, continued inflows into select Bitcoin and XRP products suggest institutional interest remains intact despite the near-term market correction.
