Crypto ETF performance was broadly positive over the latest period, tracking the underlying strength in digital assets, with Bitcoin ETFs delivering ~+1.25% to +1.30% daily returns and approximately +4.1% to +4.2% over the past week. Major funds such as IBIT (+1.30% 1D, +4.23% 1W) and FBTC (+1.27% 1D, +4.14% 1W) led performance, although flows were mixed, with IBIT seeing +$34.7M in daily inflows while FBTC experienced significant outflows of -$229.2M. Other Bitcoin products like GBTC (+1.26% 1D, +4.12% 1W) and BITB (+1.25% 1D, +4.16% 1W) also posted solid gains but saw modest outflows (e.g., GBTC -$38.3M).

Ethereum ETFs showed similar strength, with spot products generally returning ~+4.6% to +4.8% over the past week, while levered products significantly outperformed, including ETHU (+9.31% 1W) and ETHT (+9.12% 1W). Daily flows across Ethereum ETFs were relatively muted but mixed, with FETH seeing +$3.9M inflows while ETHA experienced -$4.1M outflows.

Overall, despite strong price performance across both Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs (low-single-digit daily gains and ~4–5% weekly returns), investor flows remain divergent, with selective inflows into leading products and notable outflows from others, suggesting ongoing rotation and consolidation within the crypto ETF landscape rather than broad-based accumulation.

The cryptocurrency market showed modest volatility over the past 24 hours, with total market capitalization holding at approximately $2.59T, after rising +1.2% on April 14 and then declining -1.0% early on April 15. Large-cap assets were mixed, as Bitcoin fell -0.7% to $73,990 while still maintaining a +3.2% 7-day gain, and Ethereum dropped -2.8% to $2,321, also up +3.2% over the week after gaining +2.8% the prior day. Broader Layer-1 tokens saw weakness, including Solana (-3.4% daily, -1.8% weekly), Cardano (-1.7%, -7.4%), and Polkadot (-3.3%, -13.2%), indicating short-term selling pressure. Among notable movers, MemeCore (M) rose +4.4% on the day and +9.4% over the week, while RaveDAO (RAVE) surged +38.9% on April 14 and an extraordinary +5,831.4% over 7 days, highlighting speculative momentum in smaller-cap tokens. On the downside, Zcash declined -5.5% (but +8.6% weekly), NEAR fell -4.9% (-2.0% weekly), and Toncoin dropped -4.8% (+7.2% weekly). In sector performance, Metaverse tokens were mostly negative, such as Internet Computer (-2.8%, -6.2%) and Axie Infinity (-1.1%, -2.5%), while DeFi assets also weakened, including Cronos (-3.0%, -3.9%), Uniswap (-1.4%, -3.3%), and Chainlink (-1.6%, -1.7%). Overall, despite a prior +1.2% market gain, the subsequent -1.0% pullback reflects a near-term consolidation, with divergence between strong speculative gains in select altcoins and broader weakness across major and sector tokens.
