A Strategic Resource for ETF Digital Asset (Crypto-Currency) Investors

Crypto Morning Daily

Digital asset markets strengthened into Wednesday morning, with total crypto market capitalization rising 2.1% to $3.12 trillion as of 06:00 ET, extending gains from the prior U.S. session. Price action reflected improving near-term sentiment following a cautious consolidation phase, as investors position ahead of the Federal Reserve’s policy decision. Bitcoin traded near $89,300, up 1.9% on the day and holding firmly near recent highs, while Ethereum led large-cap performance with a 4.2% advance to just above $3,000. Broad-based gains across major Layer-1 networks—including BNB, Solana, Cardano, and Avalanche—underscored renewed risk appetite, even as several assets remained range-bound on a seven-day view.

Market leadership remained concentrated in select high-momentum names, most notably Hyperliquid (HYPE), which surged 26.5% over the past 24 hours and is now up 66% on the week. On-chain data continue to highlight Hyperliquid as a structural outperformer, supported by robust activity in its Silver perpetual futures product, which recently processed $1.15 billion in daily volume—roughly 40% of CME’s daily silver futures flow. Canton and Aster also posted strong multi-day gains, while Mantle and Aave added steady upside. Notably, the overnight session saw no meaningful decliners, reflecting broadly constructive market breadth.

Within DeFi, performance skewed positive, led by gains in Aave and Uniswap, while Chainlink and Filecoin lagged modestly on a weekly basis. Metaverse-related tokens remained mixed, with strength in Chiliz and Klaytn offset by continued weakness in The Sandbox and Internet Computer. Overall sector dispersion suggests investors remain selective, favoring assets with clear usage, liquidity, and institutional relevance.

Tuesday’s U.S. afternoon session set the foundation for the overnight advance, with total market cap rising 0.7% to $3.085 trillion and global open interest increasing 3.2% to $133.7 billion, even as aggregate 24-hour trading volumes declined by 20%. Market sentiment improved modestly, with the Fear & Greed Index climbing to 35 from 29, while liquidations totaled $190 million—consistent with a market digesting recent gains rather than capitulating.
